About Us/ Sobre Nosotros

I’m am Elizabeth Bittner from the United States and I want to protect the women of the world. I don’t simply want to shelter and hide women, but promote their importance and dignity. Women are incredible, we are irreplaceable! Never have we had anything to be ashamed about, yet in history and still today women all over the world are being abused, raped, taken, and undervalued. I know that I can’t eliminate these abuses in the world, but I can promote what women really are! This is what we want to do with this movement: “She gave us life, let’s give her hers!” We need to shared this message that supports women to live with dignity, to give life to the world, and to give the world back to them! We need to stop the individuals, groups, and culture of death that interferes with her own destiny. If we see how INCREDIBLE women are, respect their dignity, allow her to thrive… THIS can change the world.

Me gustaría dar empoderamiento y soluciones.

I am Julia and I am a part of this movement because I care tremendously about the wellbeing of every human. Whether our readers are women or men, I hope that this blog can be a space for us all to discuss the grave issue concerning all forms of abuse of women. I’d like to provide empowerment and solutions. I hope this blog will raise awareness for those in our age group about the severity of the abuse of women, how it affects many more people than one would assume, and how there are effective options to problems, but none include abuse. I look forward to contributing to this blog and hope that if you find something intriguing, you make a comment and make your voice heard, too! Thank you for reading.

Lucero O.

Hello, I am Lucero O. and I am excited to find new ways to reach those in our community, especially other students, to speak out against the abuse of women. A goal I have for this blog is to also offer practical solutions for those dealing with the effects of abuse and find ways to empower everyone involved- whether this be women, or their children, for example. Let’s bring awareness to an important issue and end such abuse!

  1. As a former victim of all forms of abuse, I pray that God will prosper your movement beyond human vision and limits to reach the abused souls of this world. Sweet Blessings Hermanas, Deborah

  2. Hi, thanks for following my blog. It seems that we have a commonality of interest. I write for and about two of my closest friends, they both happen to be women. My perspective is far more personal than yours. I want my friends to be treated with the respect and dignity that they deserve. It just so happens that, to do that, the world has to change. In our own ways we all make waves. If there are enough waves, the mountains turn into a beach.

    • Your comment is so kind- I am so happy to be following your blog! Our team really appreciates your kind words- we look forward to doing our best to put quality information out there for our readers! Thank you!

    • We are working on it- the translations should be up shortly! Our translator is currently battling food poisoning at the moment- so it may take a few days. I appreciate the advice- it is a good point that we’ll get started on soon.

  3. I appreciate the vision you share on this blog and pray you are successfully in your mission.

Thank you for following “A Way With Words.” My joy in writing is made more complete as people read what I write and even more as they respond.

I write mainly about faith and mental illness, though I am known to dabble in other subjects, stories, and poems. If you have any requests please let me know.

I pray you are blessed in your lives and writing, as you bless others.

  4. I want to thank you for following my blog, lilypadheart@wordpress.com but also because it has led me to your blog. Your message is so important to men and women and I am so happy to have found you! I also would love if you had an English translation of your posts. I’ looking forward to seeing more.

    • Renata, thank you so much for your kind words! We are happy to now be following your blog as well. We are working on English translations very soon- the goal is within this week. Thank you so much for the kind comment!

  5. It is a truly great honor and joy to have your brilliant team following us. This is Leon of SolitaryThinkers. Both I and Plutonia (my wife and co-founder of our blog) grew up with heavy emotional abuse (mainly emotional, that is). I would like to thank you for embarking on this project and for your wonderful mission, and I wish a speedy recovery to your translator; if you don’t want the poor thing to start battling exhaustion, too, you might consider recruiting more translators, because I need not be a prophet to foretell that this will be a very successful site.
I am not very enthusiastic about organized religion (so by all means feel free not to comment in our blog if my views in the following poem are too unorthodox for you), but I consider all loving Christians and good people everywhere as sisters and brothers of mine. Please let me dedicate my Ode to the Divine Feminine also to you, Elizabeth, Julia, Lucero O., Lucero V. and Translator. Thank you so much for being who you are, and keep up your amazing, world-changing work!
    From Northern Greece to Arequipa,
    Prayers of Love and Light

    • Thank you so much for your support! I believe more translators would be a fabulous plan- we’re working on it currently; talk about a bottleneck within the production process! Religious or not, we want our message to extend to everyone, and I thank you for looking beyond religious differences and lending support- we’d like to support your site when possible as well! Thanks for sharing- we really loved finding out about a great reader like you within our audience!

  6. Thank you so much for the follow on my blog. I really hope you like the posts to come and feel free to make suggestions. As a humanitarian I have toy wish you all the best with your endeavours, you have my support. MM 🍀

  7. Elizabeth & Lucero,

I hope this finds you doing well.

I see you have been a follower of “A Way With Words.” Great! Thank you.

We have now transformed into, “Delight in Disorder: Faith & Mental Illness” (delightindisorder.org). I hope you will join us there. On the left sidebar, there is a box (below “Get More Delight”) for subscriptions so you can get the most of our mission.

    Take care & God bless,
